About "Artspan Inc."
Artspan is an industry leading manufacturer of structural insulated steel panel products that provide exceptional structural building envelope solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications. We are committed to providing high-quality, innovative products and pride ourselves on offering exemplary service to our customers.
Our history began in 2006 when Art Paetkau founded Eagle Mountain Structural Insulated Panel Systems, or EMSIPS. Art passionately pursued the development of a high quality insulated steel panel and pioneered the implementation of these structural insulated panel products into residential and commercial building systems.
On March 1, 2017, the manufacturing assets and inventories of EMSIPS were acquired by WGI Westman Group Inc. This change in ownership will allow the company to expand its production capabilities and strengthen the resolve for growth and productivity. In an effort to provide a broader definition of what the EMSIPS products have and will become, WGI Westman Group Inc. made the decision to change the business name to Artspan Inc.

Name Change
The name change was undertaken to better identify and clearly position the company and its products within our initiative to expand and grow our markets. Moreover, we are very pleased that we could create a new product name that is descriptively relevant to the function of our panels, but also one that subtly acknowledges the outstanding efforts and successes of the company’s original founder and owner, the late Arthur (Art) Paetkau.
Our Facility
Artspan’s products are manufactured and distributed out of a 32,000 sq.ft. facility in Winkler, Manitoba, Canada.
